The course goes below the day-to-day administration level: connection-server replication and load behavior, Cloud Pod Architecture for multi-pod and multi-site estates, Unified Access Gateway in depth, and a structured diagnostic method built on logs and tooling rather than restarts and hope. It is the natural second Horizon course after Deploy and Manage, now delivered under Omnissa — the vendor the former VMware EUC portfolio belongs to.

Deploy and Manage covers the whole platform at operational depth — pools, applications, day-to-day administration. This course assumes that level and goes below it: connection-server internals, multi-pod scaling, gateways, certificates and structured troubleshooting of the infrastructure layer itself.
Horizon is an Omnissa product now — does that affect this course?
The EUC line, including Horizon, was divested from VMware and now runs under Omnissa as an independent vendor. The technology and skills carry over unchanged; courses and certifications are simply delivered under the Omnissa name, which this page reflects.
