Instructor Capacity for Training Companies

How often do you turn down a deal because the right certified instructor isn't free that week? We close that gap: a vetted pool of senior instructors you tap only when a project calls for it — white-label under your brand or as named subcontractors.

This is the same instructors-on-demand service that our corporate clients use — packaged for learning centers and training companies under a frame agreement. No overhead, no exclusivity, no bench costs on your side.

What partners get

White-label or named delivery

Under your brand with confidentiality guaranteed, or as a transparent subcontractor — your choice per engagement.

Vetted seniors, not a marketplace

Certifications, teaching track record and references checked before a profile ever reaches you. Trial sessions where it matters.

Rare and legacy skills

The engagements hardest to staff — legacy storage, niche security stacks, brand-new technologies — are exactly where our pool is deepest.

Clear SLA

Standard competencies staffed within 5 business days, rare ones within 15 — with priority for frame-agreement partners.

Simple commercial terms

Day rate plus fee, pre-agreed rate bands in the frame agreement, no minimum volume, no exclusivity.

Legal cleanliness

Instructors' vendor obligations are respected: official courses only via authorized partners; internal and custom programs without restrictions.

How subcontracting works

  1. Step 1

    Frame agreement

Rates, vetting standards, confidentiality and white-label terms agreed once.

  2. Step 2

    Request per deal

Course or technology, dates, format, language — send it when a deal needs capacity.

  3. Step 3

    Profiles in days

Vetted candidates with references within the SLA; you approve before booking.

  4. Step 4

    Delivery & report

The instructor delivers to your standards; you get a delivery summary and feedback.

Frequently asked questions

How does white-label delivery work?

Our instructor delivers under your brand, on your platform or classroom, following your delivery standards. Confidentiality terms are part of the frame agreement — your client sees your company, full stop.

What technologies can your instructors cover?

Networking, security, virtualization, storage and cloud — Cisco, Fortinet, VMware, NetApp, Citrix/NetScaler, Omnissa and adjacent stacks — plus rare and legacy technologies where finding an instructor is hardest.

How fast can you staff an engagement?

Standard competencies: vetted profiles within 5 business days. Rare or legacy skills: up to 15. Frame-agreement partners get priority access when schedules are tight.

What about official vendor courses?

Instructors respect their contractual obligations to vendors and authorized partners: official vendor courses are delivered only through an authorized partner. For internal training, mentoring and custom programs there are no such restrictions.

Is there any exclusivity or minimum volume?

No. The frame agreement fixes rates, vetting standards and confidentiality — you tap capacity only when a deal calls for it. Single-engagement subcontracting without a frame agreement is also possible.
