Instructors and Experts on Demand
Instructors on demand means renting a vetted, certified instructor or subject-matter expert for a specific engagement — an internal course, a workshop, project mentoring — without hiring or long contracts.
If a competency exists, we will find its carrier. We maintain a pool of vetted instructors and experts across niche, new and legacy technologies — from mainframes and end-of-life storage to stacks so new no catalog course exists yet. On the language you need, in the time zone you need.
Training companies use the same service as subcontracting: our instructors deliver under your brand or as named subcontractors — see the dedicated page for training companies. For building a full program around an expert, look at custom courses.
When you need this
- A project needs a technology mentor for 3 weeks — hiring is absurd, agencies offer consultants at 3× the rate.
- The only person who knew the legacy system retired; the replacement team needs structured knowledge transfer.
- Your training company sold a course and the one certified instructor for it is booked for two months.
- The team needs a technical review or workshop from someone who has actually run this stack in production.

Who uses instructors on demand
- Training companies and learning centers that systematically lack instructor capacity — our pool strengthens their delivery, not just our own.
- IT teams that need a mentor or expert during a rollout, migration or incident post-mortem.
- Companies with legacy estates that must transfer knowledge before it walks out the door.
- Anyone running internal academies who needs external experts for specific modules — see skills management for the bigger picture.
Frequently asked questions
How fast can you provide an instructor?
Vetted profiles for standard competencies arrive within 5 business days; rare or legacy skills take up to 15. Delivery dates then depend on the instructor’s calendar — frame-agreement clients get priority booking.
Can instructors deliver under our brand?
Yes. White-label delivery under your brand is standard for training companies, under a frame agreement with confidentiality terms. Alternatively the instructor appears as a named subcontractor — your choice per engagement.
Do you cover legacy technologies?
Yes — legacy is one of the main reasons clients come to us. Mainframes, discontinued storage and network lines, out-of-support platforms: if the competency still exists on the market, we locate and vet its carrier.
How is the engagement priced?
A transparent instructor day rate plus our sourcing fee. No retainers or exclusivity. Training companies on frame agreements get pre-agreed rate bands for faster booking.
What if the instructor does not fit?
You approve the profile, references and — for longer engagements — a trial session before committing. If a fit issue appears mid-engagement, we replace the instructor and cover the transition.
