A CCNP Collaboration concentration course: advanced routing, multi-site dial plans, mobility and SIP troubleshooting. Take CLCOR first — CLACCM is the deep-dive that follows it, and exam 300-815 pairs with 350-801 to complete the certification.

Is CLCOR enough for the CCNP Collaboration certification?
CLCOR prepares for the core exam 350-801, which is half of CCNP Collaboration. You also need one concentration exam — advanced call control (CLACCM), applications (CLICA), cloud and edge (CLCEI) or another track. We help plan the full sequence including the concentration course.
Does CLCOR count toward CCIE Collaboration?
Yes. Passing exam 350-801 is the qualifying requirement for the CCIE Collaboration lab, so engineers targeting CCIE start from exactly this course and then build lab-level depth on top of it.
How hands-on is the course?
Labs run on current Cisco collaboration platforms and cover call control configuration, dial plan construction, endpoint registration, gateway integration and QoS. In private groups, instructors can weight lab time toward the parts of the stack your estate actually runs.
Our engineers manage the phones but never studied voice formally — is CLCOR the right start?
