ICM teaches the platform; this course teaches running it well at scale — advanced cluster operations, security hardening, lifecycle management and monitoring. It assumes ICM-level knowledge from day one and does not re-cover deployment basics, which is exactly why the two form a natural sequence.

Is the security content enough for a hardening project?

It covers the vSphere hardening surface thoroughly: identity, certificates, encryption options and the configuration settings compliance frameworks reference. For a formal audit-preparation project we can extend a private delivery with a workshop mapped to your specific framework.

Can our admins skip ICM and start here?
