SPMBL100 (Service Provider 5G Technologies Foundations) is the translation layer — 5G architecture explained from the network side, the transport requirements behind the headline features, network slicing without the hype, and why the packet core now looks and operates like a cloud-native data center.
It is a foundation course by design: no RF background required, basic IP knowledge assumed, and every concept anchored to the decisions an operator’s network team actually faces during a 5G build-out or upgrade.

Because 5G is largely a transport project: fronthaul, midhaul and backhaul are IP networks with strict latency and timing demands, usually built by the fixed side of the operator. This course explains what the mobile side needs and why, so both sides plan against the same picture.
