Primarily on-premises and hybrid: designing and operating conferencing built on Cisco Meeting Server, integrated with Unified CM call control and management tooling, plus how that estate connects to Webex. Pure cloud-only Webex shops need this course less.

What should our engineers know before attending?

CLCOR-level collaboration knowledge: how call control, dial plans and endpoints work. The course builds conferencing on top of those concepts, so engineers who have only managed room hardware should plan CLCOR — or at least CLFNDU — first.

We inherited a Meeting Server nobody understands — will this help?

That is a common trigger for booking the course. It covers the platform architecture, integration points and operational model systematically, which is usually what an inherited deployment lacks. In a private group, the instructor can review your topology directly.

Does the course cover capacity planning?
